A barge is used to carry items from one place to another. Whether it is coal, or goods to be sold in a story, all if does is carry. Barge is also the name of a good friend of mine who is an incredible educator. In fact, he was, at one time, the State School Superintendent of Georgia.
Our education project is designing a k-12 curriculum that will be used by the public and private schools around the world to carry the knowledge of the evil of sex trafficking to our children. The curriculum will integrate with various subjects being taught in school and will have one day, one week, or two weeklong segments on sex trafficking so that we are educating our children and their teachers about how to spot sex trafficking, how to tell if a friend or student is being trafficked, and how to avoid being trafficked.
We are drafting this course using professional curriculum artists who will create a digital educational program that can be used in any school, in every classroom, at every grade level.
