We are developing training programs for local prosecutors on how to work with potential witnesses and evidence so that when the police department brings them a perpetrator of sex trafficking, they have the tools they need to see the court case through to conviction.
We need to lock up people who are working in the trafficking industry and having local D.A.s trained in that prosecution is one way to assure that we get the conviction rates up as the arrest rates go up from our training of police departments like we have done in Louisiana.
